Registration terms from April 1 st, 2014

Registration

In order for us to offer all our participants the best possible service, please register your application no later than 72 hours before the start of the activity. When registering at short notice, please also contact the project administrator for the activity via email.

List of participants

We usually share a list of participants during the course. Many participants request these lists when taking our courses and we see networking as an important part of the professional development. With reference to this, we assume that our participants have an interest in us sharing the list and the lawfulness of processing the personal data is therefore the legitimate interest. The lists contain first and last name and organization. If you do not want your name and organization to be included in the participant list, please notify the project administrator at the time of registration or as soon as possible. If you have questions regarding the participant list, you are welcome to contact the responsible project administrator.

Cancellation

Cancellation should in all cases be in writing to the responsible project administrator
Cancellation received 30-15 days before the event (first day) will be refunded by 50% of the participation fee
Cancellation received 14-0 days before the event (first day) will not be refunded
Cancelled meals and accommodation will be charged according to the venues claims

If you are unable to attend the event, you may send another participant  from the same company. Please inform in writing, the responsible project administrator.

Cancellation in case of illness

When cancellation is made in case of illness, you may participate at the next upcoming occasion to complete missing parts. No refunding will be made.
When cancellation is made concerning a one off activity/course you will be refunded 50% of the delegate fee. Costs for meals and/or accommodation will be charged.

In both cases a medical certificate is needed.

Cancellation and change of event dates from the organizers/Swedish Academy of Pharmaceutical Sciences

The Swedish Academy of Pharmaceutical Sciences owns the right to cancel or change the dates of an event. In such case, you will be refunded the full participation fee. We do not reimburse any other costs you may have had in conjunction with the cancellation.

Payment

An invoice will be sent to you about 30 days before the date of the event. Payment terms is 20 Days.

Participation fee and VAT

All prices and participation fees are VAT exclusive and VAT (25%) will be added. According to VAT regulations in the European Union (EU), participants from companies within EU are required to state their company VAT registration number on the registration form.

VAT is not deducted on the invoice from The Swedish Academy of Pharmaceutical Sciences when a course is held outside of Sweden. You should turn to the tax authorities in your own country to get back your VAT.

Cancellation Insurance

EU citizens only. If you have purchased a cancellation insurance via Europeiska ERV when you booked the event, you should besides contacting Swedish Academy of Pharmaceutical Sciences also contact Europeiska ERV. You may then get the entire participation fee and accommodation refunded.
