2nd Swedish Medicinal Chemistry Symposium

The organisers invite you to participate in the 2nd Swedish Medicinal Chemistry Symposium, Sweden’s premier biennial Medicinal Chemistry event focusing on recent advances in Swedish drug discovery research in academia and in industry. The symposium has a particular focus on emerging concepts in modern drug discovery and chemical biology including alternative modalities, new in silico-based drug discovery approaches, and opportunities arising in the interface between biology and chemistry.

At the Symposium, the 2019 Medicinal Chemistry prizewinner will be presented. The prize has been awarded since 1993 by the Medicinal Chemistry section of the Swedish Pharmaceutical Society, to a person(s) who has made significant contributions within the area of Medicinal Chemistry in Sweden. Who should attend?

This conference will be of interest to both academic and industrial scientists engaged in all aspects of the drug discovery and development. It aims to showcase the most recent trends in Drug Discovery presented by leading Swedish scientists. The meeting provides an excellent forum for networking with colleagues active in the field.

Poster contributions from meeting participants are kindly invited alongside with an opportunity to provide a 2-minutes highlight of your poster at Poster Flash Session. Poster abstract submissions should be sent to jenny.hagberg@lakemedelsakademin.se before August 29.
