Rosenön meeting on Optimizing Drug Delivery to the Target

This year’s meeting will deal with various aspects of drug delivery  both from a DMPK and a biopharmaceutical point of view.

Registration and accommodation

Early registration is advisable to reserve a place as the number of participants is limited. The early participation fee for industry is 6000 SEK and for academy 4400 SEK, applicable until July 1, 2010. After this date the delegate fee is 7000 SEK for industry and 5400 SEK for academy.

The full room and board, for two nights, in a single room is 4000 SEK. For lodging in double rooms, the price is 3000 SEK. If you wish to be a day guest the price is
1500 SEK for coffee and lunch for all days (dinner is not included). 

The organizing committee welcomes a number of PhD students with a poster to register to the reduced participation fee of 1000 SEK.(Accommodation is not included) Candidates for sponsored participation are kindly
requested to submit their abstract before June 15.
Those accepted for sponsored participation will be
informed in the end of June. All prices are given excl. VAT.

Poster session The program includes a poster session, to which all participants may apply. A number of accepted posers will be selected for oral presentation in the student speaker session.

Participants are encouraged to submit their poster abstract before August 12.

Venue

The Meeting will take place at Sånga-Säby, Svartsjö. It opens at 14:45 hrs Thursday, September 9 and closes by lunch Saturday, September 11. Registration opens at 14:00 hrs. Transportation by bus is arranged from Stockholm City Terminal on Thursday, September 9 leaving at  13:00 hrs. The return to Stockholm City Terminal will be at 13:00 hrs Saturday, September 11. The official language of the meeting is English.

Sånga-Säby is located on the shores of Lake Mälaren, 30 km outside Stockholm.The excluded location provides an ideal setting for meetings. You may chose to lodge in single or double rooms. Available facilities include sauna, pool and running courses.

Cancellation and contact information

Cancellations should be addressed, in writing to Jenny
Hagberg, jenny.hagberg@lakemedelsakademin.se and can be made at no charge up until 30 days before the start of the meeting. After this our cancellation policy applies, which can be found in the confirmation sent earlier and on our web page. Substitutions may however be made at any time.
