Registration and Confirmation

For most of our events the number of seats are limited and early booking is strongly recommended. Registrations are dealt with in the order of receiving. If seats are available, registration can be made up until the start of the event.
Your contact information stays within the Swedish Academy of Pharmaceutical Sciences and may be used to inform you about our future events. Please inform us if you do not wish to receive information about upcoming events.

Admission, as well as order on the waitlist, is in order of receiving your registration. Exception to this rule is made for courses in cooperation with Universities. Once the course is full, any new registrations are placed on a waitlist and contacted by phone or email if cancellations occur. A decision of participation must then be made immediately.

Participation, VAT (Value Added Tax)

All prices and participation fees are VAT exclusive and VAT (25%) will be added.

According to VAT regulations in the European Union (EU), participants from companies within EU are required to state their company VAT registration
number on the registration form
 

Cancellations

Cancellations should always be in writing.
Unless otherwise stated in the information for the specific event or in the booking confirmation the below cancellation rules apply.

• If you cancel 30-15 days before the event you will be charged 25% of the participation fee
• If you cancel 14-4 days before the event you will be charged 50% of the participation fee
• If you cancel 3 days or less before the event you will be billed the full fee
• In case of sickness, you should provide written proof from a doctor. If it is a repeat course you will be offered to participate at the next possible date.
• For cancelled food and lodging, the charges of the venue will be forwarded.

Substitutions

If you are unable to attend you may send another participant from the same company at no additional charge if you inform the responsible Project Administrator about the change.

Cancelled Events/Date Changes The Swedish Academy of Pharmaceutical Sciences has the right to cancel or change the date of an event. In such a case, you will be notified at least four weeks in advance. In the event of a cancellation you will be refunded the full fee. We will not be held responsible for any other costs you may incur in conjunction with the cancellation.
