The program is developed in cooperation with: Pharma Industry Finland, the Association of the Pharmaceutical Industry in Norway, the Danish Health and Medicines Authority, the Swedish Medical Products Agency and the Swedish Society for Clinical Trials.
Who should attend?Professionals working with or interested in clinical trials in the Nordic region will benefit from attending the conference. We welcome persons with a more strategic responsibility in their organizations as well as operational professionals. You may work in the following sectors: health care, academia, the biopharmaceutical industry, contract research companies or other service organizations as well as politicians and government officials.
What will you learn?
The Conference will offer a unique opportunity to listen to both national Nordic authority representatives and the EMA presenting their perspective on clinical trials. Main focus is the implementation of the EU Regulation 536/2014 with speakers from national authorities as well as ethics committees. Time is allocated to present current ongoing initiatives for cooperation within the Nordic countries. Also local initiatives to facilitate Clinical Trials in the Nordics are brought forward and will be discussed in the conference. This is an excellent opportunity to discuss and get involved in clinical trials cooperation efforts with your Nordic colleagues!
Time and Location
The conference is held June 15-16, 2016 in Stockholm at Clarion Sign Hotel, Östra Järnvägsgatan 35, Stockholm. The meeting opens on Wednesday June 15 at 10.00, with registration from 09.00, and ends at 18.00. The Conference Dinner on June 15 is at 18.30. The program on next day starts at 08.30 and ends at aprox 16.00. The Venue is easily reached from Arlanda airport by bus, express train or taxi.
Participation fee, meals and accommodation
The early participation fee is 6.900 SEK and for 3.500 SEK academia/public healthcare participants (academia/public healthcare should use special coupon code ACPH in the registration form). Late registration, after May 15, is available at 7.900 SEK and 4.500 SEK, academia/public healthcare participants. Lunch and coffe is included in the participation fee. Conference dinner fee on June the 15th is 600 SEK. All Prices are excluding VAT.
Accommodation is available at the Clarion Sign Hotel, and is not included in the conference fee.
